Door Mask, 2025

A sculptural performance that negotiates with the door—it’s weight, its surface, its authority and its possibilities.

“Repurposed doors were cut and painted to create a ‘door mask,’ whose presence depended on my body as I held it upright for the duration of the performance at Haan Studio Design in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The door was incredibly heavy, and I could barely move it.”
